This model is like a mid-size,lighter version of a Honda ST1100 or ST1300
-like an ST it has a large fuel capacity (20 liters) and gets great fuel mileage ( over 65 mpg at legal highway speeds) so it has a long touring range.
-the 599cc engine is based on a CBR600F4 but re-tuned for more lower mid range power for more touring use and along with special engine mounts is very smooth.
– similar to an ST it has a 3 way adjustable windshield and a 3 position adjustable seat height therefore can accommodate riders of different height.
-it has a moderate rise touring handlebar and lower footpegs (than a regular CBR sports model) as well as heel rests for a comfortable seating position.
-unlike an ST which came with standard saddlebags the detachable bags were an optional extra cost of approx $1200 plus taxes and has passenger grab rails .
-the removable rear trunk was added for a cost of approx $250 plus taxes.
-the optional centre (main ) stand was also added for $217.49
-optional Honda knuckle wind deflectors were $223.00
-optional rear double helmet lock
– has a throttle lock (cruise control)
These models were sold in Canada and Europe but not in the US market and in Europe competed heads up with models of BMW
This CBF600S was bought new by a senior in his 60’s and has been meticulously maintained with no dings,dents or scratches.
We sold one like this a couple of years ago to a customer who wanted to down size himself from GoldWIngs and previous ST1100’s and another gentleman who down sized from aSuzuki 1000 V-Strom with both being very happy with this model.

Carburetors on older models often can stump or be intimidating to mechanics of less experience…he can easily service a single,twin,triple,bank of four or even a bank of six carbs and we have quite a few carb parts in stock
Our labour rate is reasonable and we have alot of parts in stock due to the accumulation of being 40 years as a former Honda dealer at this location. If we don’t have the part in stock we can get it within a week or less. And we do work on the older Honda models as well…including the old Interceptors from the 80’s
