4 stroke engine,electric start with back up kick start,5 speed with reverse,auto-clutch,foot shift,front & rear shaft drive….

finished up extensive service
– overhauled top end , over bore cylinder with 1st oversize piston/rings ,gaskets & cam chain
– decarbon head and preform a three angle valve job
– engine cases taken apart to weld up ,then drill and tap the oil drain plug hole to return it to its original size.A helicoil had previously been put in but that had failed.
-valve clearances adjusted
-replace front brake shoes,free up adjusters,change brake fluid and bleed
-install new seat
-recently had a new stator installed but whoever attempted the work left out out some crucial small spacers and collars and on reassembly slightly bent the shift shaft so it was stuck in one gear….we straightened up the shaft,ordered up the parts,installed them and everything shifts great now
-changed the engine oil with filter,changed both diff oils
(total parts was $1185.14..labour $1470.00….shop material $73.50….boring $98.00…….welding/drilling/tap $196.00 taxes $332.49 …total = $3355.13)
our intention is to sell a finished machine ,however it is still a used atv with the risks associated
– a 12 hour break -in period is suggested and then an oil change
